Fingerling Russian Banana Potatoes

This type of lettuce is excellent braised or added to soups. A favorite Boston lettuce dish in French cuisine is made by gently sautéing this lettuce with tiny spring onions and fresh peas. To prepare, rinse just before using. To store, keep chilled to maintain crispness.

Nutrients are slow-fed into the plants, free of chemiclas and pesticides. Technology increases yields and drives the consistency of the growth and flavor of the plant.
