This online credit application is for commercial customers in San Diego County ONLY (restaurants, catering, etc.).

Please read these instructions carefully.
  • There is a lot of information requested in this credit application, much of it is required. A required field is marked with an *.
  • You do not need to finish this form all at once. After you finish and update the '1. Register' tab, you'll receive an email with a link you can use to come back and continue filling out this form.
  • After you complete the '1. Register' tab, you may do them in any order. They are numbered simply for navigation and reference.
  • Sensitive, personally identifying information, for example social security numbers, are not entered on this form. You will fill those in when you sign the digital copy provided by Docusign.
  • After you complete the credit application, it will be reviewed by Specialty Produce. You will then be contacted by a sales representative who will arrange to meet with you can get the final form information and your signature.
