Orange Honeydew Melon
Oval-to-round and a delicious cross between a cantaloupe and a honeydew, the very fleshy juicy orangish-yellow pulp of the orange honeydew melon is encased in a hard very yellow matching rind.
White Corn
White corn is a sweet corn variety. Its ears are wrapped in tightly layered pale lime green to white husks. One ear of corn can contain up to 400 kernels growing in rows lengthwise.

Description/Taste
Crisp and brightly colored, alfalfa sprouts produce white roots with leaves in various colors of yellow or light to dark-green. Coloring varies due to exposure to light. Offering a mild nutty flavor, these sprouts have a crunchy texture.
Nutritional Value
Alfalfa sprouts provide protein, carbohydrates, enzymes, amino acids, vitamin A, vitamin C, folate, niacin, potassium, calcium and magnesium.
Applications
Add life to salads, dressings, spreads, dips, sandwiches and spreads. Consume only fresh chilled sprouts. Rinse sprouts thoroughly with water before use.
