Description/Taste
Baby Spoon spinach is developed from the same seed that mature spinach grows, however is harvested at an earlier stage. The leaves of the Baby Spoon as the name suggests, are small and have the an oval spoon-like shape. Baby spoon spinach offers a more subtle or mild spinach flavor than the mature variety.
