The Weiser family tends farmland in the Greater Bakersfield area, Tehachapi, and Lucerne Valley, allowing them to grow a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. Russian Banana fingerling potatoes are small potatoes with a long and thin appearance. The skin is thin and tender and is usually left on when cooked. The potatoes have dense, creamy flesh and a fluffy, full-bodied flavor with buttery and nutty nuances.
