Green Bell Peppers
Inventory, lb : 0
Description/Taste
Bright, glossy, green and blocky-shaped, Green bell peppers generally have three to four lobes. Their green color is essentially a reflection of the fruits immaturity. Firm, juicy and thick-fleshed, the Green bell pepper is less sweet and almost bitter in taste especially when eaten raw, as it has not been allowed to fully ripen and sweeten on the vine.
Seasons/Availability
Green Bell peppers are available year-round.
