Petite® Sea Grass™ is small in size and has thin, curving, needle-like leaves. The slender, smooth leaves are a vibrant green and are tender and pliable. Petite® Sea Grass™ has a natural, salty flavor, which stems from the salinity developed because of its affinity for growing near the seashore, similarly to sea beans and other maritime plants. Its texture is distinctly succulent and crunchy with a pleasant briny minerality and tart grassy notes. Petite® Sea Grass™ is often compared to agretti, a naturally salty grass-like green that is native to Italy and shares a similar flavor of spinach without the oxalic acid.

They will keep 7-10 days when stored unwashed, in a sealed container, and in the refrigerator.
