Description/Taste
Dassi Family Farm is located in Leucadia, California, where the cool, moist Pacific Ocean marine layer creates fertile growing conditions. Dassi Family Farm is a sustainable greenhouse using hydroponic farming to grow tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, and basil. Persian cucumbers are small in size, averaging 10 to 15 centimeters in length, and have a narrow, cylindrical appearance. The cucumber's flesh is dense, aqueous, and firm, with a succulent, crisp, and crunchy, snap-like consistency. The flesh also encases a central core filled with underdeveloped pale green seeds. Dassi Family Farm's Persian cucumbers have a mild, sweet, and vegetal taste without any lingering bitter notes.
