Description/Taste
Baby bermuda onions are sweet, mild, and juicy. Measuring about one inch to two and one-half inches in diameter, baby Bermuda onions have a pale yellow, nearly white, crisp flesh.

Geography/History
Not surprisingly, the seeds for this onion come from Bermuda. A very popular onion in the 1900s, this variety was the first sweet onion grown in the state of Texas. Historically, the Bermuda onion is claimed to be the very first sweet onion and is the parent to all sweet onions.
