Description/Taste
The Minneola tangelo is a cross between the Duncan grapefruit and the Dancy tangerine, which was developed by the U.S. department of agriculture. Minneola tangelos have a round shape and tapered neck that forms into a nipple shape. The inner segments of the Minneola tangelo offer a semi-sweet citrus flavor with light tart notes.
