Polar white nectarines are rounded and slightly heart-shaped with a single central groove. The fruits grow to about 7 to 8 centimeters in diameter. Their skin is paper thin, smooth and bright red in color with tiny speckles all over. The crisp, white flesh is firm with a floral, sweet aroma and clings tightly to its center stone. Ripe Polar nectarines have a melting quality, with a balance between acid and sugar.
