Pea Tendrils
These delicate vines have a distinctive and robust flavor that tastes like a cross between sweet peas and spinach.
Green Swiss Chard
Swiss chard leaves grow on a pale whitish-green stalk. Shiny and dark green, the crinkly green leaves offer a taste that lies somewhere between asparagus and celery with possibly a hint of beet.

Description/Taste
Sporting edible, seven-inch vivid green foliage, baby striped beets are about the size of a quarter. As the sweetest of all beets, the flavor of this variety is similar to the common red beet but milder. When sliced, the flesh is striped white and red.
Geography/History
Locally grown at McGrath Family Farms at Camarillo, California and native to Italy, stripe beets are also called "Chioggia" and "Candy Stripe" due to their red and white stripes when the beets are cut.
