Description/Taste
Spring Green garlic has long slender green shoots that can reach up to 12 inches in length. Green garlic shoots have a succulent-like texture that offer a sweet, garlic as well as grassy flavor. The bulbs of the Green garlic are somewhat petite and offer a strong, pungent garlic flavor.
