Dates are hand-picked off the Date Palm. They are pesticide free and pollinated, picked, cleaned, and packed by hand. Dates all ripen in four stages, known in Arabic as kimri (unripe), khalal (full-size, crunchy), rutab (ripe, soft), tamr (ripe, sun-dried).

Medjool Dates are the large, juicy fruit of the date palm. They have a soft, brown, sticky flesh that has a sweet, honey-like flavor.
