White Corn
White corn is a sweet corn variety. Its ears are wrapped in tightly layered pale lime green to white husks. One ear of corn can contain up to 400 kernels growing in rows lengthwise.
Cantaloupe Melon
The cantaloupe is defined by two elements: its roughly netted stone and green colored skin and its aromatic orange-coral colored flesh. When perfectly ripe, the flesh is juicy, unctuous and sweet.

Current Facts
The Canary Melon is a Spanish Melon that may also be referred to as a Juan Canary Melon.
Description/Taste
The Canary Melon looks like a golden yellow honeydew without netting on the rind. The flesh is a pale light green to almost white in color with small seed cavities. The Canary Melon is considered to be one of the sweetest melons Weiser Farm grows.
Geography/History
Its given name refers to the melon's color, not the Canary Islands. It is not the most recognized commercial melon variety, as it has many growing deficiencies. It is susceptible to mildew, sunburn and is inherently not disease resistant. Its growing season is during the summer months preferably in dry hot climates. Though sometimes tough to grow, canary melons are known to have a long post-vine shelf-life.
