Maui Onions
Two characteristics set the Maui onion apart from other yellow onions: the high sugar and high moisture content of its flesh.
Cantaloupe Melon
The cantaloupe is defined by two elements: its roughly netted stone and green colored skin and its aromatic orange-coral colored flesh. When perfectly ripe, the flesh is juicy, unctuous and sweet.
Yellow Tinker Bell Peppers are typically available March through November. Intermittent gaps occur during the season due to shipment scheduling from the European growers.

Geography/History
Straight from Holland, Tinker bell peppers are a fairly new, smaller version of the common bell pepper. Bell peppers have no "bite" in their flavor as they contain a recessive gene that eliminates and prevents capsaicin which creates the hot flavor in hot peppers. This very early, miniature bell pepper is produced on vigorous and spreading high bushes.
