Description/Taste
Wild arugula's jagged, light green, hardy leaves measure about 1-2 inches in length. The leaves offer a peppery, bold and rather intense flavor. This robust fresh herb's taste is somewhat radish-like, and reminiscent to mustard greens.
Applications
Although most often enjoyed raw, wild arugula can stand well to braising and sauteeing. To store, keep refrigerated in a plastic bag or a sealed container. Use promptly for optimum quality, color, presentation and flavor.
