The White creamer potatoes are the young immature and tender version of a common white variety potato. The skin is pale burlap in color, thin and rich in moisture content. The flesh is not pure white, rather a light yellow. Its flavor is creamy and texture, waxy. When cooked the potato's flavors are mild and buttery with an airy textural quality.
