Fire roated tomatoes from Di'Napoli are made with fresh red and ripe tomatoes that have been fire roasted over an open fire. Once blackened, these fire roasted tomatoes are diced and then canned. These tomatoes offer a sweet smoky flavor, due to the smoking process over natural hardwoods. Di'Napoli fire roasted tomatoes are ideal for any sauce, marinade, pizza topping or chili.
