Mache
Mache has been cultivated in France since the 17th century, and in France it is known as doucette. It is also known as "lamb's lettuce" because its leaves resemble the size and shape of a lamb's tongue.
White Corn
White corn is a sweet corn variety. Its ears are wrapped in tightly layered pale lime green to white husks. One ear of corn can contain up to 400 kernels growing in rows lengthwise.

The Perfection tangerine is available from late winter to early spring.
The Perfection tangerine was never released to the public by the University of Riverside. Polito Farms participated in a test study and the few trees they planted via the University still grow and produce the commercially unreleased tangerine today.
The Perfection mandarin is seedless in all conditions. It is rounded and flattened in shape, and has a thin, medium-orange colored rind. Its flesh is extremely juicy and its flavor is rich and sweet.
Like the Clementine, the Perfection tangerine has an ideal balance of acidity and sweetness, making it is suitable for eating fresh and for use in cooked preparations. Add whole segments to cakes and salads, or juice for frozen desserts, cocktails, or vinaigrette. Pair fresh segments with olives, honey, peppery greens, avocado, citrus and seafood. Use Perfection tangerine fruit, zest and juice in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine. Perfection tangerines will keep at room temperature but should be refrigerated for longer storage.
