Maui Onions
Two characteristics set the Maui onion apart from other yellow onions: the high sugar and high moisture content of its flesh.

Ripe tomatoes offer vitamin A, vitamin C, folate, potassium and dietary fiber. Containing up to 94 percent water, tomatoes are low in calories.
Applications
On the Vine tomatoes are ideal for display and uniform slices. Use in fresh preparations; pair with fresh cow's milk cheeses, basil, oregano, melons, bread, pasta, summer squash, eggplant and peppers. Add to fruit and vegetable platters. Store at room temperature on the vine until ready to use.
