
White Corn
White corn is a sweet corn variety. Its ears are wrapped in tightly layered pale lime green to white husks. One ear of corn can contain up to 400 kernels growing in rows lengthwise.
Cantaloupe Melon
The cantaloupe is defined by two elements: its roughly netted stone and green colored skin and its aromatic orange-coral colored flesh. When perfectly ripe, the flesh is juicy, unctuous and sweet.

Description/Taste
Producing white leaves at the bottom and pale green leaves at the top, Napa cabbage leaves are somewhat crinkly. Superior in flavor compared to the common cabbage, Napa cabbage is milder.
Nutritional Value
Nutritionally richer than regular cabbage, Napa is higher in calcium and vitamin A. All cabbages offer vitamin C, potassium, folacin and dietary fiber.
Applications
Napa Cabbage has mild, tender leaves that lend themselves to a wide variety of preparations both raw and cooked. It can be finely shredded to star in a salad or slaw, chopped and steamed or sauteed to accompany a main course, stirred into soups, pickled as a condiment to top rice, or used as a wrap to contain savory fillings. Choose firm heads heavy for their size, free of blemishes or brown spots. To store, refrigerate in plastic perforated bag and use within three or four days. Do not wash until ready to use.

In China and Thailand, sliced Napa cabbage is a familiar addition to soups and stir-fries.
Geography/History
There are four types of cabbage: green, red, Savoy and Napa. Causing some identity confusion, the name "Chinese cabbage" is frequently used for Napa and bok choy, two very different varieties of cabbage. Napa is also known as Peking cabbage, celery cabbage, hakusai, siu choy, pechay, tsina and wong nga bok. Popular in Asia, it is grown in China, Japan and the Philippines. In the United States, California and Hawaii grow it year round and are the major producers. Florida, New Jersey, New York and Ohio also contribute to the Napa cabbage supply.
