Middle Eastern "Cousa Magda" squash has a sweet, nutty flavor comparable with Zephyr. It's actually iconically known as the best tasting Middle Eastern "style" squash. The blocky, pale-green, tapered fruits have a smooth and shiny skin. They are optimally picked small, 3-4" long.
Stuff and roast, saute or grill. This zucchini is ideal for many cooking applications, just don't over cook it. It's thin skin and tender flesh require the briefest of heat.
