Lamborn Pea tendrils were developed by Calvin Lamborn. He discovered a new variety when he crossed the Sugarsnap pea with atypical Snow pea. The Lamborn pea has a thick wall and is very plump. The inner pea offers a sweet flavor once fully mature, while the pea tendrisl flavor is slightly more mild.
Lamborn pea tendrils are available in the spring, typically mid-season.
