Organic Ruby red grapefruit was first discovered in Texas in the 1930's and has a pale orange outer skin. This grapefruit variety is distinguishable by its bright and juicy ruby red to blush pink inner flesh. This variety is seedless, has a thin easy to peel rind and offers a sweet citrus flavor.
Organic Ruby red grapefruit is available in the late winter.
