Hot House Cucumbers
Similar to common cucumbers, hothouse cucumbers are much longer, contain fewer seeds and are most often called English cucumbers.
Pea Tendrils
These delicate vines have a distinctive and robust flavor that tastes like a cross between sweet peas and spinach.

Seasons/Availability
Cream Pea Shelling Beans are available late August to November.
Current Facts
Shelling beans begin as they end. The dried beans saved from prior harvests are sown. Then there are the flowers and foliage (both edible). Next, the beans are young and tender (fresh shelling beans) and finally dried beans. The beans can be harvested at each stage during the process.
Description/Taste
Cream Pea shelling beans are defined as mature beans that are harvested from the plant before the beans dry and harden. They have a similar appearance and flavor to Cannelini shelling beans. These beans are light and clean, with a smooth and creamy texture.
