Description/Taste
Bonewerks Glace d' Agneau is a rich glace that is made from fresh, roasted and domestic lamb bones. These bones give this glace a deep brown color and is mixed with fresh mire poix, herbs and spices. Fresh mire poix which is carrots, onions and celery is used as a flavoring agent. Glace d' Agneau is slowly simmered up to 24 hours creating a concentrated stock with a full-bodied flavor. This glace is best served with game preparations or lamb dishes.
