Applications
Add fresh bean sprouts raw in salads or tuck into sandwiches. To prevent wilting, stir-fry sprouts no longer than thirty seconds to maintain crunch and texture. For stir-fry sprouts, rinse one-pound fresh bean sprouts well; drain and set aside.
