Description/Taste
Patty pan squash are small, 2-3 inches in diameter, with scalloped edges and a flattened, disc-like shape. Patty pan squash are very mild, with a buttery texture and clean, squash flavor.

Nutritional Value
Patty pan squash are 90% water, and are a good source of vitamin A, magnesium, copper and iron.

Applications
Bake, steam, stuff, roast, grill or braise these small summer squash. Prepare whole, halved, sliced or grated.
