Description/Taste
Grown for fresh eating, wild arugula sports jagged, light green, hardy leaves that measure 1 - 2 inches in length. Bold, peppery and rather intense in taste, this fresh herb offers a spicy flavor much like mustard greens.
Applications
Although most often enjoyed raw in salads, wild arugula can be braised or sauteed. To store, keep refrigerated in a plastic bag or a sealed container. Use promptly for optimum quality, color, presentation and flavor.
