Description/Taste
Small round white bulbs sporting tiny roots and bright green stalks, white spring onions definitely deliver the fresh flavor of spring. These tiny tasty onions are simply young onions that are harvested before reaching maturity.

Applications
Both the tender white onions and their flavorful green stalks are deliciously edible. Cook onions whole or chop and add raw to soups and stews. Super in fresh mixed green salads. Ideal for stir-fries. To store, refrigerate unwashed onions in a plastic bag up to five days for optimum quality and flavor.
