Description/Taste
Typically measuring about two and one-half inches long and one inch in diameter, the popular Russian Banana fingerling potato is also harvested when it is four to five inches long. This popular potato's flesh is characteristically very waxy and moist. One of the grower's very favorite variety.

Applications
This potato is absolutely delicious roasted with olive oil. Taking advantage of its creamy consistency, grill or roast this tasty potato in the oven; smash it; add sour cream and salt and black pepper to taste.

Geography/History
Native to Peru, Russian Banana fingerling potatoes are locally grown at Weiser Farms in California.
