Cups Cups is an organic cupcakery and lounge with a mouth-watering assortment of cupcakes and hot and cold drinks on Girard Avenue in the Village of La Jolla, California.
Shimbashi Izakaya "Shim" means "New," and "bashi" means "Bridge" in Japanese. With the desire to provide San Diego with the best Japanese dining experience outside of Japan, we have named our restaurant Shimbashi, meaning "New Bridge."

Description/Taste
Sweet! Spicy! Scrumptious! Wickson apples are deliciously all that! Striped and brushed with red over a cream colored skin, this crab apple hybrid offers an intense taste. Prized for its ideal balance of sugar and acidity, this small size apple delivers big flavor.
Nutritional Value
One apple provides carbohydrates, dietary fiber, vitamin A, vitamin C, iron and contains about 70 calories. The soluble fiber in apples, called pectin, helps to lower cholesterol and aids in the prevention of colon cancer. Boron, also found in apples, helps to ward off the onset of osteoporosis. Recognized as an important part of the diet, at least five servings daily of fruits or vegetables are recommended and lower the chances of getting cancer. A recent study found that eating nine or ten daily servings of fruits and vegetables, combined with three servings of low-fat dairy products, were effective in lowering blood pressure.

Geography/History
Located just east of Paso Robles, California, Windrose Farm specializes in Fruits, Roots, Beans and Greens. Fortunately finding fifty fertile acres in 1990 that would soon flourish with premium heirloom apples, winter squash, melons, potatoes, garlic, onions, leeks, dry beans and greens, by 1995 Windrose Farm's thriving crops were in full swing. This successful farm contributes a compatible climate for its outstanding produce. The region's microclimate, which is when there is a dramatic temperature swing of at least fifty degrees Fahrenheit that can occur within the same twenty-four hours and from season to season, is credited for Windrose Farm's superior heirloom apples, melons, carrots and many other of its beautiful and flavorful bounty. Specialty Produce strongly supports and endorses the California farming industry and our local farmers, ranchers and growers. The Wickson apple is an Albert Etter variety that was named after E.J. Wickson, (1848-1923), a notable and distinguished California pomologist.
