Description/Taste
Producing multi-colored stalks in pretty pink, radiant red, wonderful white and outstanding orange that attractively contrast with rich dark green lovely leaves, baby rainbow chard is also descriptively and appropriately called Bright Lights. These youthful leaves that measure five to six inches in length offer a sweeter and milder taste than mature chard leaves that are harvested when twelve to fourteen inches long.

Applications
Because of its young age and small size, this baby chard is typically enjoyed raw. Enhance fresh mixed green salads with its excellent color and gentle taste. Garnish main entrées. Pickle stems; use as a striking garnish. Braise leaves with garlic. Pairs perfectly with bacon.
