Description/Taste
Delicate, deliciously crisp and about three to four inches long, organic yellow pea shoots include the thin, tender tendrils or vines and the leaves growing at the very top of the sugar snap pea plant. A reminiscent taste of summer, these striking shoots' unique flavor is said to be a deliciously mild pea flavor, maybe even offering a soft kiss of watercress flavor.
